EVERYTHING WE WERE TAUGHT WAS A LIE (I’M ASSUMING)
It's all a lie. More specifically, where to put our hands is a lie. It seems now with the ubiquitousness of power steering and airbags, the old 10 and 2 is defunct. Now, it’s 9 and 3 or 8 and 4. Apparently we don’t need the force we used to for turning the wheel. Oh, and, at 10 and 2 the airbags will play a quick game of “quit hitting yourself” if they deploy. So, now I have to learn how to drive all over again.
You can take my word for it or watch this very boring video.
